I have shoulder arthritis and every time I reached for something behind
me, I would have excruciating should pain, near my upper arm's
I had scheduled surgery for it, so they could clean out the bone spurs.
I rubber on some capzasan HP on my upper arm's and shoulder, the
next morning the pain was almost gone and manageable. Not all gone,
but greatly reduced and manageable. It numbs the P-chemical that
causes pain. What a relief. Now I can move my arm in any direction
and not suffer. Give it a try. Wash you hand's vigorously afterwards.

Re the other reviewer -- of course it is hot. Duh. That is why it works.
And it does work! But do wash your hands very well or wear surgical gloves to apply it. My only complaint it that it isn't available in larger size -- 1.5 oz. doesn't last. In other words, it is overpriced, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

This product burned my skin for more than 60 minutes. I called the local hospital to get relief for the burning. It really hurts.

I applied this product to my neck and back, washed my hands with soap and water, and then put a moisturising lotion on my hands and face. This immediately set my face on fire!!! I washed my face 2 times, and then put on more lotion, but it was still burning, but not quite as bad. Then, my back and neck started burning and continued to burn for about 30 minutes. This product is dangerous and needs to be taken off the market!!! Thank God I didn't get it into my eyes. I am going to contact the manufacturer and try to get my money back!!!!
