Wow! What a differnece this makes!!!!Jan 24, 2011

Having had depression for over 15 years, and still on medication for it, I can say I know what works for me and what does not. I cam currently on my 2nd bottle, ordering my 3rd today, and can I say I will keep taking this along with my multivitamins every day. Within 2 weeks I noticed a big difference. My anxiety level has went down to about nothing, my depression and mood swings have leveled out, and my kids have noticed a big change in how I act toward them.
I have diabetes, so I originally bought this to see if it would help my blood sugar level. It has evened it out, but not dropped it much, and it has not really helped with the carb cravings. Maybe since it has evened out my BSL's that is why my mood swings and anxiety has dropped. I don't know, I am no doctor, but this has helped me, however it does it! I highly recommend trying a bottle of this, for under $10 it is way worth it. So many other supplements are soooooo expensive and they want you to take 2-4 a day, so trying this 2 months is way lighter on the pocketbook! I also have had no side effects at all from this!

A few years ago i read about Chromax in the newspaper about it's benefits. I am not diabetic however, sometimes my sugar level would be low and i would get the shakes. I started using Chromax and i haven't had a problem since. Anyone who is hypocalcmic should try this product.Sorry about the spelling of hypo.
