To the Point: This is the absolute best product that I have found to help me with my cracked, chapped, dry lips -- almost to the point of bleeding! I have tried so many things on the market, all of which did not help at all. I usually buy several of these because they sell out so fast in the stores. It is cool but not cold and my lips heal very quickly (usually a day). Its invisible and it works. I am so glad to have found it on Amazon! I like to apply it at night so that I do not lick it off. It works its magic and I usually do not have to use it during the day --- after getting the cracking under control -- except under the worst weather conditions. I have used this for something like 10 years. I worked outside during the day, exposed to sun, rain, cold, etc. Does the job for me.

I bought this because I have very dry chapped lips from smoking and the cold climate I live in. I was hoping it would work even better than burts bees but I've come to the conclusion it works pretty much the same. Will probably buy again.
