 great way to get your daily fiberJan 30, 2010

If you have issues with not being regular, or you just can't seem to get enough fiber in your daily meals, I highly recommend adding benefiber caplets as an addition to your daily intake of fiber. It can really help.

They work well at getting you regular, but these things are by no means easy to swallow. I usually don't have trouble swallowing pills, but these get stuck in my throat every time. I stopped taking them because i'm afraid i'll choke one day. I may go with the powder or the chewables. If you have trouble swallowing pills, do not get these.

Excellent product, which used to be available in the Uk - now have to order from USA, BUT AND IT IS A BIG BUT - no one warns that you have extra Customs and Excise duty to pay over and above P & P - in this case if was £17.50 on a £50 order - which makes a farce of it all. Will have to rely on friends visiting the States to collect it for me.
