It is as good as you buy from a drug store except that it is more convenient and, at least in our case, cheaper; this size is just not available at local stores.

I've been using this product for years...works as advertised, no side adverse side effects at all. I make sure to carry it with me while traveling, so that I can always enjoy my favorite foods.

I know the company cannot reasonably foresee all potential reactions to their product, but I wanted to say if you typically have a sensitive stomach, IBS, etc... Or you are sensitive to wheat, shellfish or fish in general, I would avoid this product. When I took some last night I was sick within the first half hour and running to the restroom for the next 4 hours with nausea and diarrhea. I also have felt jittery since like a caffeine high or similar to flu chills. It is now the next morning and I still feel slightly sick to my stomach.

I recently started a workout regimen that is protein heavy and wanted this product to combat what I knew would be a problem with gas. I took it as recommended and was disappointed at the performance of the product. The fact that they also recommend taking two at a time makes it seem even more expensive. "Beano". . . there will "Beano" re-ordering.

Deep Zone says:
The bottle and package reads and I quote: "Beano contains a natural food enzyme that breaks down the complex carbohydrates found in many foods, making them easier to digest so they don't cause gas". It also states:"Beano prevents gas, bloating and discomfort caused by many healthful foods".* No where on the packaging does it say it is NOT for protein rich diets. As a matter of fact several of the items listed on the package are protein rich foods: Beans, Peanuts and Soy just as some examples. All of which are in my diet. So before you speak, you need to read the package, Sectime. Again it is too expensive and it does not work in all cases carbs or protein. Other people need to know this. You're probably a beano rep. Next time, know your facts or just be quiet.
