I have eczema in blotches all over my legs, and this stuff really soothes the itching. I've been using it in combination with Aveeno's bath oil, and my skin is soft for days. Not only that, but the open sores on my eczema are finally starting to heal! This stuff is definitely worth the money.

This is a decent product if you have super sensitive skin. I prefer the lavender smelling aveeno. This one smells just like the aveeno bar soap.. very oatmeal like.

I underwent extensive skin patch testing for sensitizing agents (this is different from allergy testing, like for pollens and molds). The four things that I react to were then entered in a database of products. In my case, the common thread was chemicals that are formaldehyde-containing or -releasing (long chemical names: 6,6-dihydro-monoallyl blah, blah, blah...) The software then spits out a list of the things I could safely use. This was one of them. I tried another product in the list first. It was a cleanser, but not much of a body wash for the shower; I felt moisturized but not cleansed.
So I switched to this Aveeno product from my "safe" list. It's a much better wash, mild and soothing, but not as moisturizing. This works for me (maybe it's a male thing...I want at least some lather). You have to experiment to find the right one for *your* skin.

I purchased Aveeno Active Natural Advanced Care Body Wash for my boyfriend. He has different stages of exema on his back. This product provides a soothing shower. Other products seem to aggitate the back.
