I'm a small woman, less than 130 pounds and 5'2", and find these pads are the best for heavy flow. I use these at night. Note the words "at night" since they are big. Not just big, huge! But this is the pad I wish I had 20 years ago so I could sleep comfortably and not have to get up repeatedly or worry about leakage. I highly recommend these to anyone with heavy flow and the desire to sleep without worrying.

I disagree with the earlier reviewer who said she would not recommend these pads for any size. I'm a plus sized woman who really does need a pad of this size, or maybe even larger. I normally buy the 14+ size pads and wind up with spills. And I don't want to wear tampons 24/7, so these are pretty good. Yes, they're big, yes, they're bulky, but they are the only ones that do the job.
So if the smaller sizes aren't good enough, this should help.

This has been the first pads that I have come across and I rarely find any "accidents" on my clothing! If you have extremely heavy periods like I do, then you will appreciate always maxi overnight wings.

I used to use Stayfree Maxi Maximum Protection, for really heavy periods and a bladder that doesn't work. Although Stayfree said they didn't discontinue the product, it is no longer available anywhere - in any of the stores they told me they sell to, or on line at any of the places Stayfree recommended or any places where I had previously ordered their product from. So, I set out to find one that was comparable, and I found Always Maxi Overnight with Wings. At first I was skeptical, because it is SO hard to find a product to fit the bill in my case, but wow, what a great product. It is long and, aside from a big flood of fluids, it covers it all, and prevents most leakage. I would highly recommend it.

I am a plus size woman, and I often feel the need to use bigger sized pads because of this. When I saw these, I figured I would give them a try. Big mistake. They are HUGE! While I appreciate the fact that they have good protection, they are EXTREMELY long and bulky. It was not discreet, nor comfortable, and I constantly felt like I was wearing a diaper. The pad nearly reached from the top of the back of my underwear to the top of the front of my underwear. I wouldn't recommend this for women, no matter what size they are.
