I've used all of the more expensive and more "sophisticated" diaper rash creams, and I keep coming back to this one. It's simple, doesn't stain, and does a great job. The smell isn't offensive, and if it gets on skin other than the intended area, it's like a moisturizer with Vitamins A & D. I've been using for over 1 year, and usually buy 2 or 3 jars at a time to make sure I always have it.

I received my order for the A&D original ointment for diaper rash and was very disappointed when I read the ingredients consist of pertrolatum. I try to avoid petrolatum in all products.

We tried different diaper rash ointments from the regular A&D, Desitin, Butt Paste, and this Fougera brand is the only one that worked for my baby. This is the hospital grade and after applying it on her severe diaper rash area, the rash went away in a couple of days. She never had diaper rash again even when she was teething. I recommend this for all moms out there.

We got some samples from hospital and my baby has no diaper rash. It's not as oily as vaseline and I also use it as hand cream before bed.
