Good way to take cod liver oilApr 19, 2010

If you're going to take cod liver oil (and there is good reason to), this is a good way to take it. I can't imagine taking it any other way. Who wants to taste fish all morning? Anyway, the capsules are small, not large, so you have to take about three of them to get a good size dose. But for the affordable price you pay, I don't find that to be a problem. I recommend this product.

We all know that Fish oils are great, however consuming a fish oil from a cheap shady resource can lead one to serious troubles. Unregulated companies are selling fish oils which have residues of heavy metals and toxic substances such as led and Arsenic.
That is why I love 7 seas, they are in the market since 1935 and they have set the benchmark in terms of quality. 19 bucks for 500 capsules is a good bet.

Been taking seven seas for years and this is a great value. Strengthens my immune system and definitely feel a different in my energy levels throughout the days when I do take them compared to the days I forget (try to keep those to a minimum!). Highly recommended.
