Very well built and the Kitties love it. We have 3 cats that all use the condo. They take turns (sometimes) using the top 2 levels, and we supply them with cat nip on each level for them to roll around in. The rope posts get a lot of use from them.

My cats love this. A lot of the other huge cat scratchers I looked at were exceptionally busy, but my cats and I like this because the platforms have space for cats to sit and roll around.
The directions leave a little something to be desired, but they got the idea across. Even though I managed to get it together without too much trouble, that's where it became a four-star instead of five-star experience.
One of the levels has a mouse hanging from an elastic string. The string is the perfect length that a cat on the level above it can pull the mouse up to itself, but not rest it on the platform, which kept my cats busy constantly trying to put it in front of them. Unfortunately, it worked a little too well and my cats had removed it within 12 hours of introducing the structure to the house. I can't really fault the manufacturer, you can only attach a tiny plastic item to a tiny elastic thread with so much force.

Just wish my cats liked more of the features - as in, they only like the platform at the very top. The hammock is pristine; they have not attempted to even sniff it. The other little hidey-hole tubes hold no fascination for them. But even though my girls are evidently too prissy for this tomboy cat tree, it's very sturdy and easy to put together... as long as you follow the picture/diagram/instructions in the exact order. And be warned, most of the time you have to turn the whole thing upside down to get the screws in and tightened. The picture/diagram/instructions do not show this.

The 62" kitty bungalow was delivered timely and very easy to put together. However, the bungalow doesn't allow much room for climbing up to the various levels. As such, our 7 month old kitten only uses the 2 larger levels and never the top, because he can't get up there. I had to remove the lower "sling seat" because it was in the way for climbing up the middle of the bungalow. Overall, it's OK and was worth the money.
